Is it still possible to get 700+?

I'm currently in 11 and going to start 12th in a month. I'm not at zero but there is still a LOT of need of question practice. I'm in a regular school and also enrolled in PW offline. My average in mock tests were like 500~

What can I do in the start of 12 to get a decent score. And also score decently in boards? Can any senior please guide me with the do's and don'ts. And give me a heads up?
