Rant. Please help me

My parents are rude. What I am about to say will be from my pov so I'll be the victim but please keep a broad view of this topic. One of my father's friend's son got a govt clg in his first attempt 2024. He is a 3rd gen doctor. My dad always brings it up in convos, and my mock test results have dropped to 500. Since mocks are going in my school i decided to do coaching online for this time period, however he constantly stays rude stuff to me such as how that med clg guy wouldnt even hire me as his compunder and that he has no hopes in me getting a chance in neet. Ill be truthful with you guys, I am hopeless. I try to reduce my screen time, however hardly anyday goes below 7hr. My daily study time is less than 2hr. They have invested a lot in me, and they are correct, I am throwing it all away, but I just feel nothing anymore, like this shit just doesn't matter. Please motivate me. I beg
