Where to get Low Dose Naltrexone

I've been trying to find some clinic or doctor that prescribes LDN for pain/inflammation, but my PCP can only find providers that exclusively prescribe Naltrexone for detox purposes. Where have others gotten their LDN?

*Edit: To clarify, I live in Michigan, where apparently you need a special license to prescribe Naltrexone.

**Edit 2: I was able to source some Naltrexone without a prescription. If anyone else wants to do the same, I'll detail here what I now do:

1) Purchase 50 mg Naltrexone tablets from AllDayChemist (there are other sites that also sell them, but this is what I use).

2) Purchase oral medicine bottles (such as these) and oral syringes (I recommend Baxa brand, which makes 1, 3, and 5 ml syringes, also available on Amazon).

3) Add one 50 mg Naltrexone tablet to the oral medicine bottle along with 50 g (i.e., 50 ml) water. After giving this a day or two to dissolve, this will create a 1 mg Naltrexone/ml solution, so you can just take however many ml of it that you want mg of Naltrexone. Store in the fridge and shake before use.

4) Replace every 14 days.
