I should watch more pre-1970s movies

I didn’t grow up in a movie loving household and I tend to gravitate towards genre films, but I am a little ashamed that I’ve only seen 36 movies from the 1960s. It feels like I should know more about this time period, I don’t know. It’s also interesting because the 1960s are somehow my highest rated decade.

Is there a niche, little known film from the 1960s that you really like? I’d probably watch it!
