Legion 5i 2020 not recognizing/outputting display via USB-C

Hello,

i've got two Lenovo Legion 5i both 2020 models, one has the i7 10th gen / RTX 2060 and the other one has the i5 10th gen / GTX 1650 Ti. When i connect a screen with HDMI to a docking station and then connect the docking station to the USB-C port on the Legion it works without any problems on the model with i7 and RTX 2060. When i try to connect it the same way to the i5 / 1650 Ti one it doesn't work, it looks like the screen is trying to recognize some input by turning the indicator light on but only showing a black screen, then the screen turns off and shows "no input" message. I also tried it with some other HP notebook and it worked, so the docking station isn't the problem.

Also the 1650 Ti model has almost clean Windows 10 factory install only with couple of programs installed, whereas the 2060 model has bunch of junk installed because it's my daily driver.

I tried searching on the internet but i couldn't find any solution for this. Has anyone experienced this or has a solution for this problem?
