Favorite psychology scene/ diagnosis?

I am watching S5 episode Precious, and there is a woman who has Munchausens Syndrome. I recall that in SVU a S2 episode had a woman with this same mental illness. Throughout all of the OG series and SVU series, what was the most interesting psychology scene and/ or disease/ syndrome?
