Penzer Park Dog Bite (beware)

This guy’s off-leash dog just ran up to me while I was biking near Penzer Park and bit me, completely unprovoked. The guy got confrontational when I told him the dog bit me and started coming after me. I was able to bike away. Be aware please and if anyone can identify him let me know.
