Profit sharing down from last year?

I'm very grateful, do not take it any other way, but after the busiest, hardest working, most stress and depression inducing year of my entire working life... I couldn't help but feel a little bummed it was hundreds of dollars less than last year. I think lower than any of the estimates they gave us months back.
