Game Access 2024 feedback & funding awarded!
Hey everyone!
We've visited the Game Access 2024 conference last weekend, it was a great success, many people got to see the game in it's current state, some of them even got to play it. I've received a lot of valuable feedback and it seems that we were one of the most visited indie game stands, we've even secured a nomination for the best game from an independent media outlet. It garnered interest of some notable people, including the creator of Space Engineers and the creator of Beat Saber VR. Many journalists have also visited our stand, although they all spoke Czech, so there unfortunately won't be many articles or videos for you to see, unless you speak the language. I will at least attach some photos for you to see :) We've also received offers from publishers - that's not the way we want to go yet, but it is a great sign! I'm currently working on a press kit that I'll be sending to all of the big gaming websites hoping some of them will catch on, so that our community can grow, and then it's back to coding for me.
However, the biggest news is that during the weekend, results from the government grant scheme that we've applied for two months ago came in - from the many games that applied, Junxions has been selected! This means that we'll be able to bring the game to you next year without worrying about our budget (but knowing myself, I'll worry anyway).
Cheers!
