Tarkus (spoilers for part one)

How strong do you think Tarkus from part one is? I believe he’s very overlooked in jojo because he is quite literally the largest character we see in the show, and I believe he is the physically strongest of any character, including dio, (I’m talking about purely muscle here) or at least was in his prime. I honestly just love Tarkus and he’s one of my top five favorite jojo characters and I want to stir discussion about him! Also how do you think a fight between him and other characters in the series would go
