Questions about 'Rise and Kill First'
My book review
Recently, I read Rise and Kill First. In short, this book is about three reformists in agencies, Michael Harari, Ami Ayalon and Meir Dagan. When reading the first half of this book, I did have a unfavorable view of the moral equivalence of some targeted killings and covert operations. But after the appearance of suicide bombing by Hezbollah and Hamas, I developed more sympathy for the Israelis and more support for the targeted killings by Israeli intelligence agencies, a necessary evil. In addition to the secret war, the first half of book focuses on military affairs, and the second half on politics, I think it well reflects the changing geopolitical environment Israel has been facing.

Questions
1, How real is this book, considering the huge amount of details about the secret war?
2, What's your general opinion on this book?
3, Is the fact that Israel's judicial system makes it impossible to impose the death penalty on terrorists inciting targeted killings and extrajudicial executions?
4, Is there a consensus among Israeli public on that the targeted killing can change the course of history?
5, Why do Israelis hold Begin in such high regard? I know he reached a historical peace treaty with Egypt, but according to this book, in the last years(1982-1983) of his administration, due to his health problems, he seemed unable to perform the duties of PM well. And the scale of the war in Lebanon under Ariel Sharon's watch seems very controversial.
