No Battery Preconditioning on certain EA chargers

Hey All, I’ve noticed that my car will not precondition with 2 (so far) EA fast chargers. One is in Greeley, CO and the other in Erie, CO. Was trying to precondition for them today and last weekend, and neither activated my preconditioning. But when I changed it to one in Westminister, it started preconditioning in a few minutes. Any idea what’s up with this?
