Globe plan renewal - share your experience

Pre ordered last 10/10 around 2am (for reservation) and received email that it is back in stock ng 4:45am. Proceeded to complete my application. Pero until now, no calls, no message from Globe. Nag follow up ako pero sabi waitlisted na ko, nagtataka lang ako kasi naginform na back in stock eh. Ang gulo talaga and wala makausap na maayos from customer service 🥲
