Adjuster not wanting to cover cabinets

I have a claim where we had electrical problems in our home, we ended up having to tear out the “built in place” cabinets to get to most of the wiring in the kitchen. Since the work has been completed insurance doesn’t want to cover the cost to replace the cabinetry as they don’t see why they had to be removed. They were built in place as one piece frame/glued/stapled to the wall ect. What’s the chance I can negotiate them to pay for the cabinets and countertop expense I incurred?
