Does anyone remember an old banner about space and galaxies?

I played the game long before 2020,when I was a kid and I strictly remember when there was a banner,with these 2 girls,they seemed to be some kind of pop stars in space or something and I quit the game right after the event ended because I could get some details,like either the rings around their wrists that represented Saturn's rings or maybe the overall detail that they were standing on Saturn's rings.
