Tell me your frozen embryo transfer success stories!

Hi Everyone,

I am anxiously awaiting my first FET (May 11th) and the wait honestly feels interminable. I've spent an embarrassing amount of time scouring the literature for success rates for first FET but it gets very convoluted as it is difficult to tell if they mean 1st egg retrieval, 1st transfer, etc...

Anyway, will people share their frozen transfer success stories so that I can convince myself this will work!? Added bonus if you also have lean PCOS!
