Gifts recommendation for 18F from 18F

So the story is that my friend grp has decided to gift something to one of my friends (F)...today it's her birthday and right now she is hosptialised due to blood infection and the problem is that we all live in different cities so we can't meet in person and another thing is that she recently lost her sister
