Finally trying something beyond arabica and robusta.

Well, I always thought that there’s only arabica and robusta. During my recent travel to Bir, I spent significant amount of time at the pahadee roasters where the guy made me try a lot of blends. While I was leaving, he handed me a small pack of liberica beans. I’ve finally mustered up the courage to ch open it and give it a shot.

Turns out, this variety only accounts for less than 1.5% of the coffee grown. Let’s see how it turns out.
