Digital Photo

Good afternoon,
Currently, after doing some researches I have come to a realization that my digital photo sent along with the application package is not a good one, as it is taken from a physical photo with un-wipe-able dust. A call to IRCC were made this morning in regard of this problem and I received an email instructing me to enquire via.....webform, in which I found even more depressing, as it is notorious for technical issues, I tried many time to submit my enquiries. but the 'Next' button just simply doesn't work.
Can anyone, please answer my question, is it possible that an Express Entry application being cancelled due to being incomplete, for a digital photo that doesn't meet the requirements ? I am in a state of nervousness now as my temporary status is already expired.
