Could Karura show up?

Since ISSK is part of the Kenganverse, I was wondering if the author has said anything about Karura’s potential inclusion beyond this one cameo in a bonus chapter. Supposedly, she’d reign supreme if the Kengan tournament had a women’s division, but I kinda wonder if this holds true with the inclusion of Hina. If nothing else, Karura definitely isn’t a “slowpoke”
