When Will New Honda EV Plant in OH Start Production?

Reading about the $1B investment in Marysville, OH for Honda to make their own EV's instead of working with GM. I didn't see when it would be in production. Any info on that? The new EV's introduced at CES looked a bit "interesting" (especially the sedan) but I know the early mock-ups often get changed quite a bit before they're refined into the final vehicle.
