Telecom box intruding on driveway

I purchased a pre-construction home and when finished I found out they had put the telecom box right in the path of the driveway so much they had to zigzag the concrete around it. What recourse do I have to get them to move it or fix it? Can I charge rent since it’s on my property?

This wasn’t shown on any plans at all and nobody informed me.
