Having trouble with furniture layout

Hello all! I’m in search of some ideas or help figuring out how to set up this room and what furniture will make it flow better and feel more inviting. The trouble I’m having currently is that the opening to the room is directly across from the front door (pic 1-3 for reference). I’m not in love with where the couch is placed at the moment as you have to walk around it to get in and out of the room for either door. The love seat is also in a awkward part of the room (pic 4&5), with the built in shelves directly next to the couch it can’t be pushed against the wall to create more walking space (yet, this is something me and my partner have talked about taking out). There are more ideas that we have on how to renovate the room and give it some new life. But I’m curious to see what people come up with! (For reference what we’ve talked about changing is the accent wall with the fireplace. We’re currently looking at the more industrial look of concrete textured walls against the brick fireplace, removing the shelving and repurposing them, and removing the grey colanders from in front of the fireplace. I’m not sure if this changed much) TYIA FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP<3
