Challenge:Make fascism have a comeback before 1975.

In OTL,the defeat of the French Empire only delayed the spread of the ideals of the French Revolution.Meanwhile,the collapse of the Axis made fascism a taboo regime,with even the germans seeing Nazi Germany as an horrible state.Have fascism somehow manage to resurface and take control of a least one influential country before 1975.

Disclaimer:I consider fascism as an horrible and inhuman ideology.But I like making what if that make the world worse,it is more interesting.
