Is the Orbital Napalm Barrage just way too much firepower for a Helldiver?

or why the hell does eveyrone uses it so that it hurts the team more than the enemy?

Isn't it a weapon for mega bases / heavy bases or for massive hordes that are about to breach your lines?

The area it covers is huge (around 110m across), and has a very long uptime compared to other orbitals.

So why does everyone throws it on every normal bug breach that are under control?Teamkilling mates and destroying sentries.

+isn´t it kinda boring? Once in a while you get a massive horde + a triple bug breach that is finaly challenging to fight (game is still way to easy...just saying) but you are forced to wait till the barrage is done. Yeah because pressing buttons is the fun factor in this game not the fighting.
