Pc Performance Issues

I'm currently running a 3070ti, 5600x build and my frame rate has been fluctuating a lot. Sometimes it's in the 90s other times it drops to 45.

Just wanted to know what everyone elses experience has been. Is the game poorly optimised?

Been having a great time but this has detracted from my experience a bit.
