I hate the way my vagina looks (rant)

For the past 5 years now I’ve been dealing with skin issues on my vulva to the point where I have skin flaking off my clitoris. I’m currently using ointment and moisturizer like Aquaphor which has helped a lot and tacrolimus which I just started. I don’t know how it got this bad, it never used to be this bad before. If I don’t moisturize the skin there looks pale and Im not sure how to help this symptom go away. I already got tested for LS and my test came back negative for LS but my derm identified it as eczema. I’m only 22 and it’s really causing me to go through a bad depression. I just hate the way it looks and feels, and I’ve been to gynecologists multiple times but none of them are able to help me. I tried going to a dermatologist and I’m currently in progress with applying the ointments she prescribed me. I’m just at my wits end, I don’t know what to do.
