Can a private resident own a personal helicopter in Hawaii?

Hi, my wife and I are interested in moving to Hawaii - more specifically, Kauai. We are still in the research phase, and while I have been able to find answers to most questions, I cannot find any documentation about private helicopter ownership.

We are looking to purchase a house in Kauai with 1-3 acres of land (no neighborhoods) and I would like to have a private helicopter at the residence. This would be strictly for personal use, absolutely no rental/lease/tour.
