Yaesu ATAS-120A antenna for offroad use?

I am new to HF and have a question. I am picking up a Yaesu ft-857D for home, outdoor and mobile use. I was directed to use the Yaesu ATAS-120A antenna on my Tacoma.

At first it sounded like a great option. But I do a lot of back country off road trips. Some of them in very harsh areas and bad roads.

So my question is this, how robust is the Yaesu ATAS-120A antenna?
