What should I do with my hair?

So about 5 years ago I chopped it and box dyed it black (oof I know), then about 3 years ago I bleached it back blonde which is the light colour you see at the ends. I can’t lie it’s pretty fried. I haven’t touched the top with anything and I don’t use heat products. I know I should cut it but I love long hair. What do you guys think? Any advice would be appreciated thank you!
