Hair advice

I’m getting my hair done and need help with what to get done! Looking to get a cut and color. I’ve had the same hair cut and color since I was 16 and want a change. I want something that will give me a fuller look and help shorten my elongated face/big forehead. Pics for reference of what it looks like now
