could there be anyone else around them who fell into the moon pool but keeps it a secret like they do?

There’s no way out of 25 million people in australia, 600k ppl in the gold coast, that’s there’s ONLY 3 people that fell into the moon pool and got a tai. show wise, there could probably be another person who has a tail but they don’t go to the moon pool or even swim in the ocean out of fear of getting discovered. i’m not counting miss chantam bcs she’s not a mermaid anymore. not counting zac either bcs h2o is from 2006. but it would’ve been cool to see another person who fell into the moon pool in the show
