Which Guilty Gears have story mode? (Steam)

I've wanted to play fighting games, and saw some Guilty Gear games on steam, but I know some fighting games don't have a proper story mode or something? Since some are arcade, I think. I've also heard there's one with a story mode being basically just cutscenes and that's it. So I wanted to know which ones to buy so I can play the story mode and get to know the characters, lore and story of them. (I'm new in guilty gear)
