Any Advice? Anything look Wrong?

First time growing. Planted 3 a week ago and only one has broken the soil. Bruce Banner. Does it need more light? When do I move it to a bigger pot? I haven’t been using any equipment. Just water in the morning and 8 hours of Sunlight a day. Any help appreciated.
