Hate to ask it..

Ive looked high and low youtube/google/ and here. I'm missing 5 mutations on first runthrough on medium mode. Been a player since beta and dont want to go to ng+ without them. What could they be??

Online says there are 35 mutations but I have 41 slots. Every still-imagine online of "tiered" mutations only lists 35ish.
