Golfwang NFL collab quality is trash

I picked up both the letterman and the bomber jacket. Letterman I noticed the wool patches already not holding up with some fraying and it hasnt been washed. I did let that slide. But the bomber jacket man its nice but frayed like crazy on the stitching on some areas. I dont know if I got a defect, but customer service gave me some BS about not exchanging since worn etc. so Customer servive is sht to
