Installed e6 Apex Today for SkyTrak

Frame rate 2.9😳 I built the computer myself with a Ryzen 5 3600 vs required i7 , video card RX6650XT vs 3060, 16GB ram, as called for. The processor may be a tiny bit slow but the video card is more than capable. I thought once you download the 60-70GB program the internet was just used to login and post to the e6 portal. I use a 5G hotspot since the house WiFi won’t reach. I did cart the PC up to the house to download the program but didn’t have the license at the time to run it.

Called TruGolf and the 1st level tech said the program uses the internet for everything and needs a 1G Ethernet…not just WiFi. Got an email that she referred it to “2nd level” tech. Very disappointed with myself that I didn’t find out it is unusable without Ethernet😔 I may bring the PC back up to the house and try to run it here. If it runs smooth I’ll know it’s the WiFi. If it still runs slow, I’ll know it’s hardware.
