Ghost fans from Denmark

Has anyone else who bought tickets for the Kopenhagen show received their tickets yet? On the website it says they are ‚ready to print‘ but I can‘t click anything to print them.

Meanwhile Ticketmaster customer service is horrible and only sends automated responses that say „you won’t receive your tickets immediately after purchase“ - I bought them in October and still have no access to them!
