Any advice on starting an essay ?

Hi everyone,

So I’m a nursing student and have to write a health report on how air pollution is affecting the West Country of the United Kingdom. I’m really struggling to start the first question of the report and lacking motivation !!! I have done the intro but it can be improved. Does anyone have any suggestions? My first question is “what is public health and what is global public health?” But I just can’t think !!
