Speaking German too fast and using Wer Wo / Where Who.

Hello,
I just want to share my experience, Whenever I speak German, I translate from My native language to English and then to German, I often make mistakes and misuse Wer and Wo words. sometimes I use Wo (who) instead of Wer, and sometime use Wer instead of wo. it happens when i speak quite fast during a conversation.

Do you have such experiences, while speaking german?
