Nvidia App Overlay | cannot change mic input

struggling with this issue for a week, I have GoXLR mixer and I need to change the mic input in the overlay to record all voices ( discord, game and mine ).

However, my input is stuck at my mic and if I change it through the overlay it will not apply ( reverting back to the same input ).

anyone has NVidia app please try to change the mic input and let me know if you can.. and please anyone can help for a fix on this? or my only solution is to go back to GeforceExperience ?
