Best gaming laptop?

Price is not a factor. Tried looking into but everyone has different opinions and when i see game testing idk if im just not impressed or if gaming laptops just still arent that good lol. Im looking for something with a 4090 and can get up to 120-144+ fps in 4k if not 1440p which i usually play at anyway. I dont much about gaming laptops so no trolls please.
