Getting 100% in a GCSE exam

I know literally nobody gets 100% because it is practically impossible but I have seen somebody once before who got it in English Literature. I was kind of interested if anybody on here has achieved that highly or if anybody knew anybody else who had achieved so insanely high - and I guess if anybody here has any aspirations of 100% (that would be a rather lofty ambition though). Also I have seen that if somebody does get this high they print (100%) next to the grade - is this true?
