DEAR RUBY AND SCRIM, please stop fucking over your fans

I know you guys look at this. I want to know how you guys are multimillionaires and still can’t ship out merch correctly??? There’s a huge issue. You have a F on BBB, which is full of complaints about people not receiving their orders and being unable to get a response. We work for our money just like you, but we have way less of it. Then we try to spend that hard earned money on merch to be a walking billboard for YOU. And you still cannot provide quality customer service OR the merch in the 8 weeks your promised. Not to mention that 6-8 weeks off rip is already super long to wait. But then that 8 weeks pass and the only thing your customer service can say is “we’re working on it. No refunds” It feels highly disrespectful. But it’s cool, I’ll go watch everyone post their NWD merch THAT DROPPED AFTER MINE THAT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. You guys are starting to look like clowns and the unprofessionalism will come back to bite you. MAKE IT RIGHT
