which plant based protein sources to combine ?

sooo, i do hone workout and ofc i have to hit my daily protein requirement so im relying on dairy products for that as theyre on par with egg when it comes to protein quality

500ml milk(16.5gm) + 500g curd(18.5) + 100g greek yogurt (8) gives me around 43gm protein daily, now the food from mess and the 500gm vegetables + kerala rice i cook at night give me around 10gm protein at the lower end and i get around 53gms of protein on avg,

my body weight is 63kg and this completes the daily ICMR requirement of 0.8gm/kg, butt this is the bare minimum one has to achieve in order to maintain muscles but i am aiming for a body recomp so i am aiming for atleast 1g/kg or higher

i dont have plans on increasing my dairy consumption as it'd surpass the upper limit of saturated fats, and im a vegetarian so plant protein is my only option

but plant protein has a drawback like it doesnt have amino acids in right proportions soooo i have heard that many vegetarians combine 2 plant protein sources to overcome this

plzzzz tell me what sources should i combine inorder for me to consume it as protein
