Homeowner at 29!

I’ve had this goal since 2020. Last Friday I made it a reality! Proud to say I am finally a homeowner. It was a long road considering I was 25k in debt at one point, 2-3 years ago but i have been able to crawl back out of that and made it all the way to homeownership. I cried when I went under contract, because it was such a long road and at many times didn’t think I would be here. When I walked in after closing I sat on the floor looked around happy to be home. I am really proud that I was able to do this on my single income. The home is a new build and this I was able to get a 4.5% rate.
