Could delaying graduation by one semester be smart.

Current junior here. I’m on track to graduate spring 2026. Could delaying graduation to fall 2026 allow me an extra summer to secure a “junior year summer” internship. I wasn’t able to secure anything for this summer. I’m wary of the prospect of graduating without any internship experience.
