This is my schedule next week? Are my expectations just unrealistic?

So I'm a new hire package. Handler got hired December 25th. Was told I'd be getting part-time hours. Not only that every single shift I am cut at the very latest 2 hours in most of the time. It's around 1 hour.

They also decided to change my schedule on a Sunday and schedule me Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday when they originally just scheduled me Tuesday and Thursday.

Is this normal? Because I feel like this is unacceptable. I already reached out to the area manager and of course I get nothing but crickets.
