Ground employee benefits

Just starting out and wondering how I get signed up for the employee benefits/discounts. I know it’s mainly on lifecare but I don’t have the registration code. Also do ground employees get flight discounts? I’ve been seeing people talking about keyword: mytravel but have no clue what that is. Thanks!
