Is anyone else very sensitive when their family yells?

Not like immediate crying and shaking but like your ears can’t handle it and your brain is bothered by it so bad you just want to get away from it. Like someone is poking your brain. every time my mother yells, even if it’s not directed to me, My mood turns off and I want to get away from her and the whole room as fast as possible, not to calm down but just to sit in quiet. Even if we had a great time before like playing cards but then she suddenly yells for example at my brother for not doing his homework, I immediately get irritated not because I’m upset she’s yelling at him or feel sorry for him but simply because she yells. Not only her but my father too (my whole family at this point). Every time they yell at me or my siblings, they hit this nerve and I get so irritated that I just wish everything and everyone was gone (not in a brutal way). I honestly think it’s mostly because as I grew up, I got yelled at a LOT. I accidentally broke a glass? Yelling. Bad grade? Yelling. Argument between my parents? Yelling. I don’t remember the last time my family got thru a week or even a day without yelling or arguing once. And when I tell my mother not to yell it’s always “you think I want to yell? You think I’m having fun?” She always takes it the wrong way, I try and tell her it’s not because I think she’s wrong at telling my brother to do his homework but it’s the fact she YELLS. all my life it’s been yelling, arguing and judging with the people around me. Why can’t they just shut up? Just shut up and relax? What’s there to yell for, say it in a normal tone? If they (my parents) didn’t yell at me or my siblings, from the moment we were born, I think we would’ve been way friendlier to each other and turned out better.
